Details of the forthcoming cross country season have recently been published, as the first races are only four weeks away.

South Yorkshire Cross Country League

A number for the South Yorkshire League costs £8 and can be obtained from me. The same number is used at all league races you run. Firstly, let me know if you would like a number by sending an email to crosscountrysecretary@barnsleyac.co.uk. I will post when I will be at the track and Metrodome for members to collect and pay for numbers. Numbers can also be collected on the day of the first race you run, but you must let me know you need a number by the Friday before that race.

The club pays the relay entry fees. Anyone who would like to be entered for any of the cross country relays, please let me know by email at crosscountrysecretary@barnsleyac.co.uk
A reminder: the closing date for both the Northern and National Cross Country Relays is this Friday, 13th October. Anyone who would like to take part, please email me at crosscountrysecretary@barnsleyac.co.uk as soon as possible. There are 3 athletes in each age group team except Senior Men, where there are 4 per team.
